Official Seagull 1963 price trend and where to get one?

I have been eyeing a Seagull 1963 chronograph for a while. (Please don't look down on me...) And have noticed that at the Aliexpress Official Store, the price has been creeping up from around $400 to over $500 now in the last few months. Has the watch craze spread to even a Seagull?

Also, is the so-call official Seagull store even authentic? A pointer to the real thing will be very much appreciated.
