44mm offshore discount

Hello all,
Today I went to pick up my 15202or from Clearwater and got to try on the 44mm offshore. It fitted quite well and they are offering 20% off either the 26401 or 26405. Seems like a good deal, what do you guys think?
Thanks

20% sounds sweet. I would be tempted.

If they offer 20 can you go higher or is 20 after négociations ? See on chrono24 at what prices they sell to see if it is good ot not.
Oh and pics of the rg jumbo would be cool, just saying...

Rather than ask for a fixed discount, offer them a price. I find transactions go much quicker that way. You should have a number in your mind how much you are willing to pay anyways.

I agree, I wasn't expecting 20% off right away, I didn't even really ask for it except to see what the retail cost was. It does make it so tempting. I can also save on tax by shipping out of state also which is another 9% savings too. Now have to decide between the rg or black.

Never buy a watch because the price is a 'good deal'--buy a watch first because you love it, then worry about price.

Of all the AP's I've owned and still own, price was secondary to liking the piece.

My fav:

Yes, and include sales tax in your number so it isn't agreed to at your price then here comes the tax bill.

HOW THE HECK do you try on a watch at Clearwater SC??
I thought it was a service only facility with NO showroom!?
I'd love to try on a 44! If you can try on watches there - I'm going tomorrow!
Cannot wait!!

I would still take the pt 44mm or even the 44mm tourbillions or 44mm GCs straight up on the watches but that car/watch combo is up there with the best! Congrats on two beautiful modern machines.
