Slim fountain pen?

Hey guys,

I really like fountain pens except for their thickness. I'm wondering if there is a thin fountain pen out there in the affordable range (to me that's 30-120 dollars).

Thanks!

What fellow FPer Jar says if you're after something branded.

If you don't care about brands or like to go under the radar, I'm a fan of Muji's

there's 2, ones a pocket pen extending when posted & the other is conventional. Cartridge only. I've bought several & they all wrote well not needing any work.

Only catch is you need to have a Muji store (they're more homewares & clothes, some stationery) nearby & they constantly sellout of their FPs between batches.

I would recommend the Waterman Phileas!

I have them all in every color and config. Just the best for the money.

I've had my eye on a Caran d' ache 849 FP but I'm planning to mod the hell out of it to make a goldbar version.

Slim fountain pen?

My EDC is a slim Parker 75 Cisele circa 1950s. Sterling silver with a lovely textured guilloche finish. Used on eBay at the top end of your budget. Very collectible with several variations over the years.
