New two brand

Just saw this in person and it’s absolutely stunning! Does anybody have any advice for somebody new to the brand. I typically do Rolex but want to expand my collection.

I’m one who doesn’t necessarily enjoy something everyone else has but then again at these price points you don’t see many. I’m of thr opinion the nautilus is not for me. Looks like an old tv.

I haven't seen one in person yet. I may change my mind but the blue might be a little light. I typically am able to figure out how to get the popular models but I have to see one first

Good news- You just stumbled on to me the most understated, classic, and awesome watch brand on the planet. Congratulations. Any Patek that you say is stunning only gets BETTER as you appreciate the finer aspects of the movement, cash finishing, and attention to detail.

Even the most basic Patek looks better and better to me as the days go by.

Bad News - There goes your bank account.

My advice - spend a bit more and get a nice 5205 or something (preowned first). Once you are comfortable with brand you can think about investing in a relationship with an AD. Then you can line up with the rest of the people on this forum and the planet to get a Nautilus or Aquanaut :)

Get it! I'm a happy owner of a 5205 and I highly recommend this model to all out there.

If you like 5205 then also look at 5905. I wanted 5205 but it wore small, 5905 is similar but has larger 42mm case and beautiful Chrono. I bought 5905P instead.

I love that watch, OP. I like its symmetry and the way it clearly displays info so you can easily read it and not have to read pointers on subdials. It is expensive, though but if you can afford it, it is a great buy IMO.

5205 a great watch. If buying new consider buying from Tiffany & Co NYC. The stamp looks great on this watch.

Any idea what's the retail price from T boutique? Saw a listing here of a 5205 T stamp at 65k.

This is 5905P you should consider. The 5205’s big brother

New two brand

3rd pic the 5905 has tstamp....which I think is awkward and unsightly.

The last thing I want on my Patek is the name of an American women’s jewelry store. I’d rather have a gouge in my platinum case.

Thanks for the replies. This year I started the hobby and secured a 116519ln Daytona and a BLNR. Not bad for 6 months of building a relationship. Onward to looking at a nice PP

I see that one in blue. I didn’t like the shade. The black looks nice.

I’m a 6.5” flat wrist. The 42 are too large for my taste.

I find the 5905 much more attractive than the 5205. If you can afford the extra outlay I would go down that route. Both the black dial P and the R are beauties, the blue dial P not so much. Unfortunately it is too large for my smallish wrists... and yours as well it seems, just saw your last post.
