I had some boots one time. They were cut off from waders. I used them for pouring concrete, I could loan those to you if you would like.

They are brown and still have a good thread. This one time I slipped a little, but I was ok. Hey did you guys see the stuff on TV last night? Those football games were pretty good, though I'm not big on double headers for football. LOL

Watch: can I?

Just caught my watch on a Hammock and I had a flash back about 25 year.
I was commercial fishing on a local river, on a Gillnet boat.
This entails rolling out about 200 feet of netting, into the river, drifting down stream for a while, then you must roll the net back in & remove the salmon.
Now, you only have a certain distance you can fish, so the net goes out quickly. I was assisting the net when my watch ( non rolex) got caught in the net.
You cannot stop the net easily.
Options were, get dragged into the river with my arm in the net. Quickly try to unhook the braclet & let it slip away. OR
PULL LIKE HECK and hope either the net breaks ( yeah right) or the watch gives.
Well the net was hooked onto the crown & ripped it right out of the watch.
The net won this battle, the watch was ruined. It wasn't expensive, but still way back then ,watch came first.
