I live in the Los Angeles area and was able to set up a local time and date to meet with him about the purchase of a watch. The meeting could not have gone smoother, the watch was exactly as described (SD4000), and he made the process feel safe and friendly- even helping adjust the links in the band for a proper fit. I look forward to many years with this watch on my wrist and would use him again in a heartbeat when the next piece catches my eye!
