Please forgive the newbie question but what is the exact fifteen difference between Tudor and Rolex. I know Rolex owns both but is it a complete separate company or Rolex just by another name. I just saw the blue sub Tudor and if that comes in stainless steel that may give the sub-c ss a run for it's money.

Great thread. I really like everything I see here!

Here are mine (wearing this one as I write this):

And here is my chrono, that I recently changed dial on:

It was like this before (and this is how it came):

I like both dials, but originally wanted the silver, with black sub dials. The legibility is much better on the silver dial, but the black is a (I have to admit) cooler...

I wouldn't mind adding a Tudor... they are great watches with a lot of fun for the money spent.

All the Tudor photos, and stories, here on TRF are truly inspirational!

Best,

A

Beautiful Tudor pics. I would love to pick up a Tudor Sub in the near future. Keep 'em coming.

Does Tudor still currently produce Subs? I went on their website and I couldn't seem to find one at all.

Thanks for posting all of the great photos. I'm really leaning toward the Heritage Chronograph or the "Big Block" Chronograph. I like that the date feature is present on the chronographs. I wish that was the case on my Daytona. It's one of several reasons why I don't wear it very often. Keep the photos coming please!

Sadly, no. It is worth the effort to find a used one, they are wonderful watches. Here are my two and I am on the hunt for a Snowflake. I flipped the chrono a while back. Fantastic watch but a tad too thick for me.

Tudor Steelband

If somebody is interested I have a brand new steelband for sale with the Tudor ref.93450 with 640 end pieces.
I order this band from a Rolex dealer for my Steel/orange Tudor 89190 but I prefer a rubber strap.
It is brand new in the orig. Box with end pieces.
Because the watchmaker changed immediately after buying on my Tudor the strap in a rubber with orange seems I have still also the orig.rubber Tudorstrap with clasp. Even a box/instructions and the anchor for sell.
Everything in conditions like new.
If you are interested on please let me know.

I love your blue sub Doc...It's beautiful..

Love them!

Great watches everyone, some I have seen before, some I haven't....here are mine.....the white dial 79280 was flipped to buy the 79190 Sub', I loved it but couldn't justify having two Chronographs and no Sub'.....I prefer the look of the 79260 anyway (the one I decided to keep) even though the polished bezel is beautiful....the black inlay just does it for me.....wearing the Sub as I type.....I will be wearing it 24/7 for the next 4 weeks (those who know me know why)......can't say I am disappointed, I will enjoy the time with it (excuse the pun)
