Do Rolex RSCs provide pepsi bezel insert replacements for 16750?

Getting a faded pepsi 16750 and would like to get a replacement pepsi bezel insert (keeping both of course). Can I just go to an RSC and order a replacement insert for a discontinued model?

Sure can. Just pop the current one out and say you’ve lost it.

No point doing this.

Just head into RSC and pay a small surcharge and have your original returned.

Policies are different for each RSC. I've heard some are pickier about doing this.

I've also used the excuse "My insert fell out and I lost it," which worked at the NYC RSC, but I've read that it doesn't always work at other RSCs.

I am curious how much the insert replacement cost is through RSC. Certainly not the outrageous prices for the vintage faded ones? Anybody… Beuller, Beuller?

Inserts are 50 bucks at the RSC.

Or you can pay a couple of hundred if you want to sit on your couch at home and just click on it.

Same policy now worldwide. 50% surcharge for missing insert/returning original.
