Day Date

Can anyone help me assess this watch? Are there any red flags or concerns that you see?
Thanks

Is there something you are after with this watch or just want a decent DD? I know there are dealers active on this forum that have nice examples for less and you'd be buying and supporting a forum member with more history perhaps. I have not seen anything from SwissWatchExpo before. With vintage I always think you are buying the seller as much as the watch so perhaps do a google on them.

Nothing glaringly obvious. Price seems a bit steep to me though

Photos are heavily enhanced to my eye.

The dial is immaculate for the age. The lume plots look too fresh etc. Either it’s the enhanced photo and they have tidied it up or it could be a re paint job on the dial.

Thanks for the input. I would rather support a trusted seller. I haven’t seen one of these blue dial day dates up for sale though.

The older blue dials didnt react well with the lume and usually always have color loss around each lume plot. To find them with no color loss makes me think the dial is either aftermarket or a very slim chance that its original.
