Owning both watches I consider it a tough choice, though I would have to go for the Pepsi. All stainless steel makes it more suitable for daily wear, jubilee hides scratches and is super comfortable. With that being said the Root Beer is an absolute stunner and works better as a weekend watch for more festive/dressy occasions.

Root beer has lot of character an looks very elegant. Imo it’s the best GMT Rolex ever made.

This is an old thread started and stopped two and a half years ago, initiated by a, in the meantime banned, OP, who, presumably, has long made bis choice, which he has never informed anyone about since asking
Ah, the watches? 1. ex aequo: 126713 GRNR (yes i kow but now, it exists) and 126710 BLRO 3. 126711 CHNR

I’m surprised the poll is as close as it is. The Pepsi is a class above the root beer in my opinion. To each his own; that is why they sell different models.

I concur. Looks more mature. Somehow, I find the Pepsi looks like a kid’s watch because of the bezel colours. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

2 of my favorites but if given the choice of one over the other it would be the BLRO.

I have both and they are both great. They would make a terrific 2 watch combination. If I had to choose one of the two, it would depend on what I wear to work. If more casual, I would take the Pepsi on jubilee, if more formal work clothes, I would go with the Rootbeer. Pick any one and save for the other is the best thing to do.
