Recently i saw this watch. Can anyone tell me more about this 1675 because seller asks 22k € for it. I see it has the gilt dial, ointed crownguards. Can anyone tell me more? I am searching for a 1675 for quite a while now. What other things do i need to check for and is anything on this watch not like an original?

Exclamation dot, small arrow hand, very fat font red back bezel, period 7206 etc. You would be wise to do your own research on the forums, use the search engine and educate yourself first. Buy from a know reputable seller if you can't spend the time as many things to watch out for and some not all on the outside visually. As to pricing any watch there is a premium for perfection and finding same. These early gmt's will have a large spread price wise as I am sure you have seen depending on what's right or wrong with the watch.

You need to make sure u really love it - because that is quite the premium for a GMT.

I would say that it could be a fair price if the dial is perfect. You really need it in your hands to make that assessment. It all looks fine from the pic but you need to check the serial, caseback etc to see all is correct. Nothing wrong with the the price if its as good as it looks. If any dial wear then the value drops quickly.

Like to see more pics, but from this one, it looks pretty nice. That insert has great color and fonts, case and bracelet look good too. Dial and hands would be the area I would focus on with a loupe or some macro pics.

riveted bracelet id stamped 1969 and serial is 675k i think exclamation mark is produce around that time, bracelet is a bit older. Does that alter the value?

The watch is from around 1962, serial is correct for dial. Bracelet is younger, not older. Seems ok but the dial condition is most important. Needs to be perfect at that price.

I can't quite work out the dial?

Also are these guards pointed. Or do they look like they have been filed of some sort?

That would be a Mark V, white-lettered dial, circa late 1970s. Crown guards look fine for mid-1970s. Pointed crown guards are found on early 1960s GMTs.
