New Leather Seamaster AT

Have been looking for a new leather strap for my Omega Seamaster AT and the lug spacing is 21MM, I found where ABP Concept has Omega straps in various colors but only seem to have 20/18MM and 22/18MM and I need 21/18 so would 1MM really make a difference between lugs.

I’m sure the 22 would not work as its to big but I’m thinking the 20mm would be fine but not sure how much of the spring bar would show, we are only talking 1mm so what do you guys think

Check out hirschstraps.com

Don’t mismatch strap to lugs. Poor form, and will be a PITA.

I have found that straps all fit differently. For example, one 20mm strap could be very snug on 20mm lugs, and another just right. So it is possible a 20mm would work on your 21mm lugs and look fine. I do think a 21 is ideal, but you never know till you try. Each brand will be different.

Thanks for the info, I find it odd that this strap sold by them looks identical to my current one less the wear.

Not sure if the above is made by Omega but it sure looks like it and it says ts made to fit a Seamaster but my lip ugh are 21mm and seems they only have 20 and 22mm.

I may take a chance to see how the 20mm fits and also may contact them to see if a 21mm is available
