You may have to cut down and/or use a separate money clip. 7 cards and cash seems like a lot for this card case. A softer one like your old card case and my current Bosco all leather card case, no problem loading it up and easy to insert and pull cards/cash.

Is it easy to insert and pull cards/cash out of the center slot with the wallet fully loaded?

Great shot. Take out those travel cards--easier than carrying money clip too.

I suspect these are going to be very tight, in terms of the cc holders.....

My orders come monday: 2x 7 CC vertical yen wallet, 1x 6cc american wallet, and 3x cc holders.

Very interested in finally seeing the colors, etc. and deciding what I will keep!

I will also end up with a plethora of nice xmas gifts!

I'm sure it will loosen up and break in. It better because I carry 5 cards (1 slot doubled up) and just cash in the center slot. And I invested so much time on this thread and researching FLP

Took out two cards I don't need unless going through the airport and I think it's perfect.
One card in each slot. One in middle with five bills. Everything slides out comfortably and looks good

Looking good there Mike! That's probably the same exact configuration I'll be going with, instead of doubling up one of the slots.

I'll try to snap a photo later. The inside is dark canvas (not leather), and not particularly pretty, but my wife loves the outside leather corner protectors and the sort of stiff rectangular bottom. She can find her stuff very easy.

We were at a social function and another woman wore a Goyard tote. The Godyard canvas seemed much thinner. I think the Faure compares more with the LV tote.

The wife is deciding whether to wear the Faure Tote or her Hermes Birkin to the Beverly Hills GTG. First world decisions.

For Beverly Hills, I'd skip the Birkin. The Faure will stand out.

No issues with customs and over $800.

The items are fantastic.

My 2nd order arrived today! Excellent service again from Nicolas - paid 10/14 and in my hands 10/17.

Construction is superb, though the choice of material is representative of price (only about $320). Unlike my Bottega Veneta wallets, FLP's interior lining is fabric, not leather. This is essentially a fabric wallet with 1 panel of leather, so for anyone thinking it's a steal at this price... it's really not. Time will tell how well it holds up, so I'll be sure to post back. Currently quite stiff.

In both my 6cc and 4cc/coin, there is no origin of manufacture, so if anyone knows please share. I read Portugal is where they make most of their handbags.

Nice I need to deal with Nicholas on next order.

These are not made in France?

He is great to deal with, just address the email to him since they all share the same account.

Asides from the pad printed yellow "Paris 1717", there is no tag or stamp signifying origin.

I've been working with Nicolas. He's been great so far. I'm on the waiting list for an item, so hopefully my next email from him comes very soon :)

Interesting on no tag or stamp signifying origin. According to this article, Spain, Italy and France.

http://mobile.nytimes.com/2014/11/24...to-purses.html

"Today, the house works with ateliers in Spain, Italy and France, and with an array of specialists, from traditional cabinetmakers to illustrators and colorists."

It appears my second order was not shipped with the same priority as my first.

That is rather frustrating to me.

Hoping for an answer tomorrow.

Here is my long fold wallet.....been meaning to go this route for quite awhile, as it has always been my father's staple. This is the steel with the grey internal. Typically not the wallet I would use, but something I am going to give a good shot. Also stoked to have got one for my father in Paris blue for the holidays.

Nice! Let's see some pics of the card holders. I'd be interested in hearing feedback on those as well. Thanks!

Looks great,Paul!

Can more than 1 card fit in each slot?

I should have mine delivered tonight. Think I may have picked the wrong one.
