Dark side of the Moon- Buy New or used/new but grey market?
I have been looking at the Dark side of the Moon at the Omega AD but the price for brand new seems to be around 12k but on many credible sites it sells for 7-9k.
Is it worth buying from an AD since the depreciation seems to be so high? Thoughts? |

I would go pre-owned, some good examples to be had for ~ $6000. Personally not worth it to go new for me.

Nope, buy grey. Should be a lot cheaper and the residual warranty should follow the watch.
Unless you find an ad that will knock 40% off that is..... |

Dont even consider new on this piece- the delta is too large - go pre-loved

The delta is far far far too high. Buy used.

Pre-owned is the way to go. I have owned several over the years and it is a cool watch.

Omega for the most part, save a few special pieces, should be bought pre owned. No doubt

It's so interesting to see even almost new pieces sell for about 75% of MSRP without taxes. It definitely seems that buying grey is the biggest advantage unless it's common to get 25% in an AD.
