Smoked Ribs, baked beans and wedge salad.
Good looking baby backs. Removed the back strap

Spicy dry rub that I let soak in for a couple days.

Smoked em longer with lower heat this time.

Our personal Creekside Café is open for the season again. Tonight's menu included cedar-planked steelhead salmon with grilled asparagus and rice, served with a nice Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.
