Hidden features in a watch
It is pretty much well known that the Air-King has the same internal design as the Milgauss. Could it be that some movements have, for example, Paraflex shock absorbers but it is never publicly noted?

Nope. If it doesn't claim to have a paraflex then it doesn't have one. Most 31×× calibers do not, only the 3132, 3136, 3156, 3187, 3195.
