Which Sub would you keep?

Hi all, would love to hear some opinions from you all. I am currently thinking about purchasing YM 116622 Rhodium Dial. If I do I will be letting one of my subs go. For context, my collection consists of a Sub C 114060, a Sub C 116613lb (bluesy) and a Day Date 18238.

So if I add the YM I am a little torn. I have realized I want a daily that is a little more "dressy" for want of a better word. I am in my early fifties now, dress smart casual much of the time and am just leaning this way. I have toyed with the idea of adding a fluted DJ to my collection, which would work well, but I just don't want to add any more watches. Too many decisions in the morning. I am looking for that dressy/sporty watch that I can put on everyday.

I recognize the bluesy can do this, but on the flip side, there are times when I don't feel it is versatile enough, and when I am in the mood for gold I have my day date.

So add YM 116622/ lose Bluesy, keep Sub C ND and DD
or
Add YM 116622/lose Sub C ND/ keep Bluesy and DD

I know it is up to me guys, but would love to hear your thoughts!

I would sell the bluesy. You've got the TT bling with the YM 116622 and you've got the SubC for all around daily beater duties. I own both and they are definitely different enough.

TBH I don’t really understand why one would add a YM to that collection.

Bluesey, yachty would conflict with my bluesey as a little blingy & would love to have a low key subtle watch when I want to go unnoticed.

I would keep the bluesy. And flip the sub for a SD43. And forget about adding a YM.

Exactly.

Wear the SuB C ND if the Bluesy is not casual enough...

I'd stay put, no need to change a great line up ... IMHO

As much as I want a Bluesy myself, the Sub is the go-to daily watch, and the YM is a great look between it and the more formal DD. If it were me....the blue sweep hand on the YM.

I sold my Subc to get a YM so I'd do that, I also had a Bluesy in YG.

Not what you asked, but I'd ditch the DD, come up with the YM and DJ. You'd have a great divers/watersports watch collection and a dressier piece in the DJ.

Sell the 116613lb . The YM would kind of take its place.

Fully agree. As much as I love the bluesy, if you’re adamant you want to add the YM then it makes the most sense to sell the bluesy.

I Like your current collection. If I had my heart set on a YM, I would probably move the LB Sub. I know when the itch comes it is hard to not scratch, but it does sound like you are torn so you may want to wait a minute and see if that itch goes away.

The tow tone Sub will take quite a hit compared to the no date Sub. Sell the no date Sub IMHO.
