There's a great compilation image in that thread (Post #5) of the diver on many different color straps both rubber and gator.
I've got a black, dark grey (which lives on my ROO RC as the grey matches the sub-dials), and the "fizzy lime green".

The straps are really easy to change.
You need:
2x screwdrivers (1.2mm size) - I would suggest Burgeon brand as the tips are replaceable
A U-tipped strap changing tool for the spring-loaded pin on the buckle end - again suggest Burgeon (you get what you pay for)

Straps can be purchased directly from APSC in Clearwater, FL.
They're ~$350 + ~$30 s/h
If you happen into one of the remaining AD or a Boutique, they may have some straps on hand (and will install for you) - but usually at a premium price.

nah, i think royal oak bracelets are the best.

diver and offshore bracelet doesn't look that good with the rounded finish
