Strap for IWC Portugieser

Hi all,

I have the IWC Portugieser Chrono with the green face and black allligator strap. Unfortunately, the strap is too long for me and I need to replace it. I really like the quality of the OEM strap but the replacement cost is just ridiculous.

I am looking at some alternatives from Molequin, A Collected Man, The Strap Tailor, Bocane and Delugs. Has anyone bought a strap from them and can share feedback about quality?

Also be interested in any views on whether I should go for calf or alligator and charcoal Vs black.

Many thanks.
