This is the best value watch I have purchased last year. 50 times cheaper than a RO 41mm (MSRP wise) but definitely has its place.

I received one of these (Black dial) as a Xmas gift. I have to admit I've been thoroughly surprised with it and now I wear it fairly regularly. It wears wonderfully, has a display caseback with at least some decoration, and amazingly keeps time better than some of my other (much) more expensive watches - I've thrown it on the timegrapher to check and it's been rock solid. At the price, I don't think you can go wrong with it at all.

Shouldn't be - plenty of online sellers out there and NIB examples that can be found via watchrecon, that are selling for less than MSRP

Depends on the AD. I bought my green dial for $550.

In the US, Macy’s sells them. They had a blue one in a store about 6 months ago and offered me 10% off. I bought it through their website instead and with coupons and cashback deals I ended up saving $100.

Gotta admit, this made me laugh out loud, hilarious comment and thanks!

Have the Blue Dial incoming, ordered today, if I end up not liking it, I'll give it to my son...and yea, won't have to buy the AP.

I have the quartz and wear it often. Your automatic dial is nicer as the blue sunburst is a tad dull on mine.

100% great value. Mines running about +5 and wears as good as any of my Rolex. Not quite as good value as the Helm but that's insane hahaha. Thinking of buying the TT PRX for some real retro vibes

Enjoyed the integrated bracelet, but alas, just didn't click with it. So planned on removing it and ordering the leather strap for the Tissot PRX. They appear to be incredibly hard to find, sold out everywhere.

Took some digging, but if you contact Tissot Spare Parts and open a case with them, they will send you the leather strap for the watch - was $77.00 Cdn + Shipping and installed easily.

It's a very dark blue, almost looks black, but feels much better on the wrist.

Tissot PRX Automatic - Great Value?

Not automatic but I don't have to wind it

Best money I have spent on a watch so far in my journey, and the rest of my collection are all Rolex bought at MSRP. Can't find enough good things to say about this model. I got the green automatic version and it's a very subtle dark green that will pop only under bright artificial light or outside on a sunny day. Otherwise it's a black dial so a very versatile color scheme.

I think it looks really nice, and seems to be a good value. New Chrono is nice also

I just picked one up - can’t really go wrong at this price, its looks more expensive than it actually is but it is priced just right for what you get too.

Wears very well at 40mm and pretty slim too. Plenty of choices of colours and materials , they also do a two tone version with solid 18k gold bezel and markers!

Lovely timepiece and a great introduction for anyone gaining interest in horology as well as the seasoned veterans.

Looks like Tissot also started fitting some 35mm pieces with automatic movements. Really liked the look of the 35, but refuse to buy quartz…

Just also purchased the leather strap to change it up directly from Tissot for £45 and comes with the changing tool.

Both strap and bracelet work very well and it’s like a different watch!

For me, the PRX is the benchmark for how budget watches should be built -- surpassing even my older, cheap Seikos (Seikos are no longer cheap these days). I would strongly recommend the PRX to anyone considering one.
I needed another watch (regardless of price point) like I needed a hole in the head. After seeing this ^ picture ...I'm up one watch

That is a beautiful photo and shows how good the PRX is. I read an interview with the Tissot CEO who said they knew they had a hit on their hands but ended up selling 20 times the expected volumes.

Tissot need to get coloured rubber straps into the market pdq

2 Rolex 2 Omega 2 Rado and now this. I gotta say I’m impressed with it. Just pulled the trigger today, 30% off at an AD in NYC couldn’t pass it up. My new work beater. Cheers
