Rolex 76080 calibre 2230

How many winds will fully wind a Rolex 76080 calibre 2230 please?….it’s a small watch so never sure how much is required to fully wind it.

The 2230 requires 650TPD and can be done in CW or CCW

To manually wind around 30-40 full crown turns clockwise only you cannot overwind, as when mainspring is full wound it just slips in the spring-barrel.
