Tried on a few watches today...

A few today...

Unfortunately only one of them is mine, the others I'd been trying on to decide what to get for my 50th birthday.

Agreed, and if I didn't already have a deposit in on a zenith chronomaster sport I'd be getting one.

Tough choice. They all look nice on you. Can’t really go wrong with any of them if you ask me.

The Lange, by far my favorite of this bunch, it’s a fantastic piece both as an object and to wear. The FPJ is very nice too

If anything we seem to have a very similar taste. Looked at the 5235r too, as well as at the FPJ. Now the one sitting in my watch box is the grand L1. But your wrist seems to be a bit smaller than mine, so perhaps a regular L1 would be a better fit.

I like the JLC best. I don’t wear dress watches enough for the Journe or Lange. And I have some good dress watches personally.
