Is it really hard to get the pink gold, blue dial Overseas three-hander nowadays? I inquired at the closest boutique and they told me they get one per year, so while there are only 3 other people on the list, it will take a long time if ever.

He did say he could get me a stainless steel, blue dial three-hander in about 12 months. I'll definitely take that but was really hoping for the pink gold version.

So 4 straps in total, blue leather, blue rubber, orange leather, grey rubber. The orange leather is my favorite and the grey rubber is really nice too. I asked my SA for something that was colorful and fun and she over-delivered!

LOVE the Grey rubber strap. I think it goes exceptionally well with the blue dial.

Yes, I heard the same too. My guy at the boutique told me that they only get 1 a year (it just happened to be in their display when I visited sometime last year, and it already had a buyer who paid full in advance). I don't know how many vc boutiques there are in the states (there are 2 I'm aware of in Socal - BH and South coast), but that sounds awfully low number of units for the entire country.

The multi strap system is amazing. I have the silver 4500V with the metal bracket and standard black straps it comes with plus: blue rubber, blue leather, honey brown leather, burgundy leather, dark brown leather.

I am going to my VC boutique boutique in July to enquire if I can get a blue and red rally style leather watch strap made.

Always add straps in my opinion - you will use them!

I believe wait time is 12+ months. But fantastic piece and worth the wait.

Finally came in waited for a few months but well worth the wait, dial was even better that I expected!

I placed my order June 5th for the black Chrono, I understood from the guys they just had got the list of their new allocations. It makes sense that they released the new allocations after the price hike.

A bit sour to pay the new higher price but that's also how we were able to get a watch from the boutique :) - Especially in your case! For me I was a bit torn since I think I could probably have found the watch cheaper either online or perhaps even from some other AD in HK. But felt good to order it from the main boutique.

Would love to see your watch when the beauty arrives :)

Congrats and enjoy your chrono. It's my favorite watch by a large margin. I thought I would go ahead and get a blue 3 hand 4500V but after owning 5500V for 4 months I think that's unnecessary.

I have no regrets paying full price plus tax for mine. I would do it again.

Yes the price rise was a little frustrating but net-net it's positive as it's increasing exclusivity of the brand via increasing entry barriers for flippers so i'm actually fine with paying it. I'm not sure where your model trades on the grey but I think if you are looking to get more pieces from VC in the future you've just laid the foundations. Short term pain long term gain. For sure when it arrives I will let you know! You also please! How long for you eta?
