ultimate "buzz off" watch - what does that mean?

People on youtube state sometimes that something is a "buzz off" watch. They use a different set of words that are an expletive, but what does it mean if one has that kind of watch and what constitutes it? Is there a price range or something else? What are the connotations? No one really notices watches from my perspective, except in rare cases. Just trying to learn the lingo.

expensive/ostentatious/in your face

"he was wearing this f'off Richard Mille"
"he rolled up in his F'off Lambo"

Something like MB&F and URWERK readily come to mind

But why?

I don't understand.

Richard Mille has understated pieces, so does MB&F.

Maybe not URWERK, because they all look weird.

Wouldn't this qualify more than any of the above: https://www.gshock.com/watches/analo...tal/gm110rb-2a

Somebody might cur your arm off for that! I'm still getting after images in my eyes from the intensity of the colors. At least it's legible.
