Second incoming in 2,5 weeks

Hi guys,

I'm technically owning my second sub c today. The ceramic inlet of the sub I bought 2,5 weeks ago wasn't aligned with the crown at 12oclock. Saw I called my AD Bucherer in Zurich today. First they wanted to send it to Rolex for approximatively 4 weeks because the models produced since the 5 years warranty need deferent tools to replace the inlay and they could do it.
After some protest they exchange it against a new one they had in stock.
But they only replace the head.

So second serial number after 2,5 weeks. ;)

Here is my first incoming:

Cheers

Alex

Considering all they did was change the hangtags/warranty booklet, I can't see how that's true. Congrats nonetheless.

They change the only the watch head itself and put back my bracelet which was already a bit worn ( specially the glidelock).

What I meant was that they lied to you about needing a different tool to change the bezel after they switched to a 5 year warranty. The SubCs that had the 2 year warranty are exactly the same as the ones that have the 5 year warranty. They most likely did this to dissuade you from trying to exchange yours when there was really nothing wrong with it.
