Incoming: Tudor FXD Black

I am a fan of all things Tudor for the most part and own a number of them. I have three Tudor Pelagos watches. The LHD, Blue, Black all on bracelet. I had previously owned the FXD MN but made a decision to move it on in favor of the bracelet blue. Yesterday, I stopped by my AD and tried on the new FXD Black. Great looking and fitting watch for me. I have a 7.5-7.75 inch wrist and the dimensions are right. I like the green NATO and the red stripe but was pleased that the black rubber strap wore so well. I do like the No Date dial of this Pelagos and the balance without the date window. This one will get a lot of wear.

Looks great with the red text.

Tudor marketing this as USA military affiliation from what I saw, might get a few more sales.

Awesome - great watch. Still enjoying my blue one but great in both variations.

Interesting about the rubber. On the blue, I find it billows out a bit around the lugs and doesn’t look great. Is the black rubber the same as the blue in your opinion?

At first I was meh, it's a new color. After reading on Watches of Espionage that this was designed/worn by Seal Team 6 the cool factor went up because I didn't know the heritage. I prefer the black because in simple and the fully lumed bezel is fantastic.

The case back isn’t engraved . Isn’t it?

I prefer the MN but sure looks nice. Just another black dial red letter pelagos

I tried it on today.

It’s terrible (whispers to AD please get me one NOW). So glad all the influencers are poo pooing it (easier for me to get)!

Probably my favorite release from Tudor in the past 2-3 years. The thinner tougher Pelagos 42mm we have all been waiting for. I absolutely love it!

Very nice! I first found out about the release yesterday...and I was at local dealer this am at opening time to sign up on waiting list. As soon as I saw milsub style bezel and fixed bars, I was in! I was mulling a black bay for months...but with this, no hesitation. I'm more of a bracelets and rubber strap guy for daily wear, but this will do just fine.
