In the words of Kelis - I hate you [all] so much right now!
January - I joined to authenticate a 1603 I'd bought. Other than that I had an Omega that belonged to my father, a dedicated dive watch and a few cheaper bits and pieces from Seiko, Vostok and others.
September - I've added a Breitling Colt, a Grand Seiko, a Speedy and I'm thinking about a Hublot when I'm in Madrid next week. Now, to top things off, I've decided the basic backpacks I've used for years when travelling need to make way for some (note some, not one) Tumi bags. I've already bought a Tumi tote for my wife I hadn't even heard of bloody Tumi before joining this forum |

Cut your losses and don't buy the Hublot.

Don't worry, I'm not mad enough to take the massive depreciation of a new one. I've found a place in Madrid who have a decent selection of the older MDM models. Hey, I might not even like them on the wrist, but the simplicity of the older ones appeals.
I've got whole roads full of used watch shops already mapped on my phone's map app, so I'm planning on a few hours at the watch and jewellery trade show, then a few days of dragging the wife round the watch shops. |

You can probably blame Paul for your newfound interest in Tumi.
