New Panerai Owner...

Hey guys....it's been a while since I've posted here. Just wanted to share my excitement for the PAM 111G that the postman brought me today. The seller said this was a safe queen. If anything, that was an understatement. I can't find even a hairline swirl in the polished parts. If there's one there now, it's from me LOL!

I've always admired Panerai, but figured they would look stupid on my 6.5" wrist. Well I tried one on last week and the rest is history. Found this 111G on a sales corner last week for a good price and snatched it up.

Here's a few quick snaps.

OEM Tan Calf Strap....

OEM Rubber Strap...

Display Back...

Crown Guard...

And the obligatory wrist shot....see, it doesn't look THAT big!

Now....you'll have to excuse me...I've got to start strap shopping!

Very nice Sam!

Love the G-series, especially the engraving on the movement and the crown guard. Wear it in great health, it looks right at home on your wrist!

Same, by the way, it looks great on your wrisy. My wrist is just under 6 3/4" and more rounded than flat and I can pull off a 44mm PAM.

Same here, very round wrist I have...and the Panerais hug it perfectly. Whereas the Rolex 40mm sits up on it, doesnt sit right.

Sam - Magnificent! Love it.... may you wear it in the best of health Great photos you took too.

Nice choice on the 111. If I ever get a PAM it'll be that one, or maybe the BASE.
