44 Novelty Production Numbers

Please take this with a grain of salt and no flames please

I'd like to think my source is pretty reliable claiming that the NA AP regional rep told them that AP will keep this year's production strictly limited to 40k.

I was told that the 44 novelties will be kept at the following numbers:
RG 1500
Ti 1000
CE 500

Again I don't have an inside AP source to confirm but thought I would share this data point. Feel free to chime in if you have heard otherwise.

Cheers and Happy Easter!

The CEO did say something about making only 40k watches this year and only upping production slightly every year so your info maybe accurate.

The RG has the highest supply but holds it's price the best out of the 3. That's really interesting. I wish the though the RG was 500, Ti 1500, and the CE at 500 for my own greedy reasons :)

Hmm. I do know my AD claims RG had the longest preorder list. Seems like RG and Ceramic are the most popular around here if Ti has a similar following as SS did. Time will tell.

My AD's longest list is for the RG as well. 15 people put deposits. Luckily I was the last one who will get the watch this year.

Wow that's a strong list by any ADs standards. Good to hear frankly.

Yea, if the RG was only 500 a year I bet they'd retail at the ask or even above with how much hype there is for the watch.

Any insight re the platinum model? AP told me that only 2 came into the UK last year.

I wasn't even aware there was a 44PT Novelty this year but I could be wrong.
I know that there are some tourbillon/chronos in Ti and ST though.
