Sorry for the dumb question but what exactly are the changes between the 126519 and 116519? Is the case the same? I see the differences between the steel version but I have not read what changes were made to the PM models.

To the OP, congrats!

The two main changes that I知 aware of are the hour markers and the bezel.

Hour markers are thinner and less material around the lumed area.
Bezel has more of a WG ring which looks like the bezel is sitting in a channel

IMO, the smaller hour markers makes the watch dial look more clean.
