It would not be tritium. You could souce a period dial but at that point you could just get one that is in better condition.

It would be a SWISS or sometimes but quite rarely a SWISS MADE (early 2000s production, but put into service) Luminova service dial.

Rolex doesn't do tritium, it would be Luminova.

However, you don't have to use the RSC to service your watch. The lume does have nice patina, it is only the dial surface that shows degradation. There could be many more years before you would need to replace it, likely when it begins to flakes off.
