Changing Date for new Omega Seamaster 300 Diver

I have new omega seamaster Diver 300 MM . I find it difficult to change the date quickly as I have to wind the watch around the 24 hour to make the watch jumps to following date

According to omega , I have to push the crown out by half position to change the date and I tried and could figure it out .

I'm pretty sure you're correct: setting the date for these new generation Omega calibers is done by pulling the crown to its first position (watch keeps running), and then turning the hour hand forward or backward through full 24-hour cycles until the date is correct (remember to set for the correct AM or PM hour when finished).

A couple of important points: it's fine to turn the hour hand backward, in case doing that gets you to the correct date quicker than turning it forward; and it's fine to do this any time of day.

The new Diver 300 caliber 8800 does not have the same "travel time" feature that the caliber 8900 in the Planet Ocean and Aqua Terra's have. It is a traditional quickset date. Unscrew crown, pull out to second position (one past winding position) and set date by turning crown counterclockwise (avoid setting between 8pm and 2am). Pull crown out to 3rd position to set time, date will advance at midnight.
