Your watch looks amazing. I too have a 6.5 size wrist so 37mm is as far as I will go for a dress watch.
I've been debating getting the Sax with the small seconds in RG 216.032. I meditate every day and I need to keep track of the mins so your watch wouldn't work for me but it looks lovely.
