Just pickup up this lovely 1991 Sea-Dweller

Part exchanged my 14060 for a ceramic 114060 a week ago.... regretted it immediately and went back to the shop to get this little beauty!

Definitely the older sport models for me, I was drawn in by the build and finish of the new model but I feel this has more character!

Wow. It's examples like yours that make me appreciate both the mondern, and less modern pieces, even more 😃

Thanks everyone, I love the slight mellow yellow of the lume. I got it from Miltons in Liverpool. Dealt with two guys called Phil and Michael, they did me a great deal with my 14060 in swap. They also didn't hessitate to say yes when I asked to go back and swap the ceramic 114060 that i did the deal on originally. Great customer service, accurately described honest watches, I would highly recommend them!

I did question this but was told that the lume on the hands can change colour at a different rate, they are slightly yellowed when you see them in the flesh and the difference isn't as much as the photo shows. Also no service marks inside the case so I don't think the watch has ever been back to Rolex. Either way it doesn't bother me, I'm made up with it!

Ps just done a quick test with a torch and a dark room, no glow from hands so guess that's a good sign!?

Shes a beauty and MUCH better than the latest ceramic version, and more character IMHO.
