How can I spot a fake Datejust ref. 16200, or a genuine one with parts replaced with not genuine ones?

a fake datejust is easily enough- look, feel, quality etc etc- you will know. as for one with parts replaced etc it really depends on what parts how well you know rolex to know how much you can spot.
