Datejust Won't Wind?

I haven't posted on this web site in many years and I am in need of some advice before I have my 116233 DateJust looked at. The watch is in excellent shape and has worked flawlessly for about 10 years. I don't use an auto winder and only use the watch on weekends. So I have to manually set and wind before every weekend. It keeps excellent time and looks brand new.
I tried winding it up this past weekend and I felt something "click" while turning the crown. No matter how much I wind, the second hand wont move. I would like to avoid the full service and simply have the broken main spring replaced.
Is this something that most watch repair centers can service easily?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank You!
