Rolex 3075 parts help

I was asked to look at a GMT2 Cal. 3075 as it had stopped running just two weeks after reputable Swiss company serviced it for £475. After two weeks it had stopped and why the customer did not take it back is strange. However when I opened the watch I was shocked to see the damage and dirt. This was in my opinion a watch that has never been cleaned and subjected to very poor workmanship. The Rotor was loose and fell onto my bench with the bearing attached to the rotor arbour and the retaining clip on the wrong d side of the bearing.. I have not been able to source a new bridge or jewel so I have secured the old jewel with loctite but I am not happy with this bodge. The customer will pay so cost is not an issue but where do I source the parts or do I just tell the customer to take it back.

I have downloaded an image but can not find how to attach

Well, I am not a watchmaker by any stretch of the imagination, but the GMT-Master II reference 16760 used caliber 3085. The acrylic crystal GMT-Master reference 16750 used caliber 3075. Although I suspect the auto-winding parts are all interchangeable between 3035, 3075, and 3085. Maybe one of our resident experts will confirm?

Most folks that are qualified to work on these have a "parts account" relationship with Rolex so they would get the service parts properly from Rolex. Otherwise, everything under the sun is available on ebay, although expect to pay a premium for obtaining your part(s) outside the normal channels.

Don't burn your hands on this, I'd have it serviced at an official Rolex service center. Definitely not the cheapest way but you can 100% trust the watch will be properly restored.

Thanks guys. As I thought it is up to the customer now. If I can find a 3075 bridge I will continue or he will have to return the watch to the repairer or to Rolex. The customer is king.
