Advice needed on 18238!!

So I'm looking into getting a 18238, the current price is 11,500. Is this a good deal? The band is really stretched.

There are many lightly worn DD out there, I wouldn't buy one with a badly stretched bracelet. As an example:

Since you are in Florida call DavidSW and have him source you one

I bought a 18078 with a stretched bracelet and to have it rebuilt and serviced to like new shape was $3k I paid $6800 for the DD. So unless you want to put around another $3k in it find one that doesn't need the work. I just checked eBay and nice examples can be had in the $12.5k range.

Check out watch recon. 12.5 is too high for a bad bracelet

Yeah...my thoughts too. The bracelet would be a war stopper for me.

Yes, 11.5 is much too high for one with a stretched bracelet. I would keep looking.

As mentioned by others, there are quite a few 18238 in the market; just keep looking until you find THE one. Do not rush.
