UAE Air Force GMT

Tried this one on at Watch Centre, New Bonds St with our very own GMTMaster Chris. Wow, a wonderful piece, but just shy of six figures GB£.
Apologies, the photo doesn't do it any justice

I had to see what this would be in US$, $118,750. Man o'live.

I have a digital pic of the Shah of Iran presenting one of my GMT's (1968) to one of his pilots. I'll never be able to prove it but I know it to be true. Even with the original box and guarantee it goes nowhere but to nowhere. If only Rolex maintained an archive like Omega and Longines...............

Lucky you Juan. Like you say if you could only prove the Provence of that piece.

You ever thought of getting the name of the pilot and trying to track them down and starting from that end rather than working backwards.

An historic piece, that would be worth more than the one currently for sale no doubt.

If you were offered $130k for it would you sell. (Hyperthetical question)

I would get married and father a child so that I could name him/her after the next owner of this fine historic piece.
