Vintage Tudor
Hi guys, my Jeweller has had this watch come in as part of a probate, he's not a Watch guy and has no interest in it and therefore asked me if I'm interested.
I'm not really into Vintage watches but looks like a nice piece. Self winding movement and still runs. Case has some numbers as follows: 7582 on 12 o'clock side under lugs. 332736 on 6 o'clock side under lugs. Crown seems a bit lose so needs some TLC. Below are some pics, any ideas on what's it's worth? Any advice welcome and greatly appreciated. Cheers Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk |

7582 points to a Princess Oysterdate... which is a ladies size?!?
"SHOCK RESISTING" and flat caseback suggests it's a manual wind. Otherwise it'll say "ROTOR AUTO WINDING" and pregnant caseback. Rose logo suggests pre 1970 (when they changed to shield logo). Perhaps it's a 7962 Oysterdate? Crown & bracelets are shared with Rolex of the same era. |
