Looks genuine but there are some rogue loom plots floating around that dial

'Styrofoam'? It's a lume plot that's broken off from 4 o clock.

No, just a different/older dial.

The watch looks fine (genuine), but I would personally pass on it for the following reasons (unless it was an exceptionally good deal):

1. As noted above, one of the lume plots has broken off of the dial. This is not unheard of, but it will need to be remedied (removed), and the affected hour marker re-lumed.
If done correctly/professionally, it shouldn't be an issue or noticeable afterwards. Still, not ideal.

2. The service warranty card has the serial number omitted. This is likely due to the case being severely worn over time by an ill-fitting bracelet, which has completely obliterated the serial number between the lugs.
Unless the seller has other supporting documents, there really is nothing proving that warranty card even belongs to that watch.

Just my $.02. YMMV!

It looks like there is another one broken off and floating just above the date window too.

He offered to knock off 50$ of the price for the lume plot but I told him I wasnt interested if the lume plot had fallen off.

Everyone else thanks for your help, you guys are great.
