Does the 15202 have ceramic pins in the bracelet? I wonder if the gold versions develop stretched bracelets over time?

Shot in the dark guess would be no. Thats some Rolex chit. I’ve never seen a stretched tired AP bracelet fwiw.

It would be like finding a 1988 Ferrari in the same condition as your average 1988 Cadillac. It’s one of the best things about Rolex. People wear them.
