I remember seeing these at reasonable prices for a few months about a year ago and then they all got bought up. Prices went through the roof after that. Hope you got a great deal Sir! It's a fantastic pen and was definitely on my hit list!! I suspect pen dealers are immediately flipping these at a 100% profit. Just look at the prices on the sterling silver Maserati Omas pens on buy it now auctions vs bidding.
