That's terrible n: One would expect much more from Rolex service. They'll have to make that right for you. Pretty annoying to have a new watch so far out of spec and get it scraped up like this to top that all off.

That looked like my brand new DSSD when I got it back from RSC NY. Fool me once.

I always take pictures when I am giving it to the service person. I even do it with my cars as well. Sorry to hear that and it sucks, no respect for the customer or the watch.

One week ago I sent an e-email to Rolex Italia, describing all these issues, but no reply has been received..
I made a phone call and they told me to send e-mail I'm fed up with this service and flipped my Rolex. The end of story

Sorry to hear that; at least they are consistent globally as I had exactly the same experience here in the UK. On the bright side I can now walk past Rolex AD's without wanting to buy something - so they have cured my 30 year brand addiction with their service! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Beware: My Rolex after service at RSC Milan, Italy
Sadly I'm not sure that their phones work, I'm still awaiting a promised callback from RSC here in the U.K. a few weeks after calling in at their swanky St James's offices. The only other explanation is that they really don't care. If anyone from RSC would care to prove me wrong I left my number with your receptionist Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Sounds to me like they need new and experienced watch masters
at this RSC!!! Apparently the one or ones in current status are unacceptable and unprofessional!!! Sorry for your misfortune... |

I would post a complaint on Instagram / Facebook before flipping the watch though, bad publicity seems to hurt the most. |

Possibly why Rolex don't have any social media feeds; they seem to talk at their customers rather than with them :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

RSC poor service threads seem very common.

I got a reply. Nothing special, they suggesting me to send my watch to RSC Milan again
Well, probably I will But not the Explorer from the first post, because I sold it. Probably I will have to send my new Hulk, because it's running +5 sec/days, right out the box https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=573040 May be my third Rolex will be more lucky?)) Reply.JPG This reminds me of a story by TRF's member with his Tudors https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=531719 I think it's not a fault of Rolex/Tudor as manufacturer, but definetely they should do some improvements in clients support service. At least, if I need, I can make a phone call to Panerai or Jaeger LeCoultre, as per their website info.
