Icon5 What is correct position for lume dot on seconds hand on ref. 14270 Blackout?

Hi, I am in market looking for a Rolex Explorer I ref. 14270 "Blackout" 1990/91. Does the position of the lume dot on the "Seconds Hand" vary e.g. being the same as or further out vs. a normal Rolex Explorer 1 ref. 14270 1990/91? and to be regarded as originals with variations as also seen for the dial text that is either in silver print or white?

I hope one of You out there has some real insight. So far no luck in the Rolex Vintage Forum hoping for better luck here - greatful for input :-)
