Wait a minute! I think the Rolex crown is slighly of center. Yes I'm sure of it now. I say buy it, chisel the crown off and then send to RSC for a new dial.

I showed your watch to my AD and they said this watch is only made for 1 specific customer, it's very rare with lots of factory defects on the dial, watch is recently discontinued by Rolex after being made just 1 day!!!

Looks to to be high value explosive investment grade Rolex. Go for it and retire early!!!!
