16613 Serti - papers query

Hi, been following TRF for a few years, first post. I have recently acquired a 2004 16613 Serti, grey dial, blue bezel insert. A stunning watch. The papers that come with the watch do not describe the dial/insert like I have seen on some. I realise that papers do differ, but has anyone else have similar 16613 Serti papers with no description? The papers are of the generation with the S/N perforated into the paper.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

I have have an original owner serti with all the paperwork that the owner purchased on a cruise in Cayman Islands. It does not indicate serti although the box has a gold sticker to indicate dial. Before I bought and when I researched I discovered that overseas (non US watches) do not usually have the dial on the paperwork like in the US. The watch was vetted by rolex experts as well prior to purchase.

Many thanks for your response. Mine was originally purchased in Hong Kong, so the lack of description supports your findings.
