Bracelet for a 16800, what should I do?

I recently bought a 16800 head, but it didn't come with the bracelet or endlinks. If I remember correctly, it should be a 93150 bracelet with 593 endlinks. I am going to send it in for service shortly, but I was wondering if I would be better off by buying one before send it in or pay RSC for a replacement? (assuming they would provide a replacement part for it)

Thanks in advance!

Hi George,
You're correct on numbers of bracelet. May be wiser to purchase from a seller on our forum here as it might be more cost effective for you. I'm not sure if you will be required to complete the repairs at a RSC with a bracelet purchase needed to complete repairs with warranty from them. I'm sure someone will come to your thread with definitive answers though. Good luck and show us your watch when you can.

The 93150 will fit - someone else please confirm the end pieces for a 16800. I would buy a 93150 here. Prices range from approx $400 - $700

Thanks guys. I was wondering what the most cost effective option would be, so I'll start poking around the "Wanting to buy" section. Much appreciated.

You need either 501 B or 580 End links.

You may want to give them/RSC a call and price out a 93150, as I was surprised but got a brand new 78360 installed on my 1675 for less than I was seeing them go for on the used market.

It went like this: Sent them the 1675 with a loose 6251 rolled jubilee with 555 ends and was given $225 trade in and paid $405 for the brand new 78360 with 580 end pieces. That of course totals $630 for a brand new one. I saw used 78360s go for that or higher on a regular basis.

This of course was for a 78360 versus the more expensive 93150 but I believe they will give you pricing and you can make your decision from there.

Good luck on it.

I am very certain that the correct ends for the 16800 are 593. Same for the 168000.

in 1/2010, RSC charged me $950 for a 93150 bracelet with 580 end links.

I put a feeler out on the WTB forums and we'll see what we come up with. I'd like to avoid giving RSC $950. Especially considering the watch is far from new and would look a bit "off" with a brand new bracelet. Thanks everyone!
