Mike took a personal approach and very hands on guiding me through the ins and outs of my first PM piece. Very patient, super quick and for a almost 20 year old watch it’s flawless. I also like that he took the time to send watch in for service before selling as it would likely be a newbs first sweet piece. 118238 is perfect
