Here's some pics of hopefully my last watch, which completes my collection at least for a while!

Great choice, IMO the 3572.50 is the best model you can purchase. Classic Hesalite front with Sapphire exhibition case back and its discontinued so less will be available over time.

Huge congrats! I'm determining what chrono to buy for my next piece. I want a white dial though....

Thanks Bryan.
You know they have the LE white dial Speedy. I thinks it's the Alaska project.

Congratulations on your new Speedy. I got mine last week. My sentiments exactly on completing the collection for awhile.

Thanks Alan,

A dog related watch website in Texas -if you get my drift - just happened to post one and I jumped on it. Very lucky find!

Thank-you guys for all the kind words. I am wearing the speedy right now and I have to say (with this being my 4th speedy) the Hesalite just looks better than the saphire on the front of the watch.

Regards,
Jim

Try leather and deployment and you won't be disappointed. With this combo this is my go to special occasion watch.

Nice. I think I'll look into getting one myself. What should I look for? Are there varying sizes? some wrist shots would be appreciated. Thanks. And congrats on your new watch.

The 3572.50 is out of production unfortunately. The 3570.50 and 3573.50 are still both in production and both are 42 mm. The reduced is somthing like 37mm and is automatic as opposed to manual wind.

Thanks Dude...

I also just came upon a sweet black OEM Gator. I need to try that bad boy out. Has the coolest scale pattern I've seen in a while. I must say, the OEM straps are expensive as heck, but are very high quality! Someone really took pains to pick the best skins

What size was the 3572.50? Some sites say 42mm, others say 38 (I think).

To me, doesn't make sense that it would be smaller so I think some sellers just have the wrong info but would love you guys to weigh in.

The 3572.50 shares the same case with the 3570.50 and the 3573.50. It is 42mm:

Actually, all Speedy Pro cases since the 105.012 (1965) have measured the same.

Hello Jim! Congrats on your new addition to your collection!
A true classic, which I wish youŽll enjoy in good health.
I love the possibility of viewing the movement through the transparent case back.
Very cordially, Abel.
